Kris Van Assche Is Heading to Berluti

And fashion’s game of musical chairs continues... On Friday Berluti announced that Haider Ackermann would be leaving the house, after just three seasons at the helm, and this morning they’ve revealed his successor: Kris Van Assche, who joins Berluti from Dior Homme and will be presenting his debut collection for the brand in January of next year. “I have always wanted to build bridges between the savoir-faire, the heritage of a house and my clear-cut contemporary vision. Antoine Arnault spoke to me of his ambitions for Berluti and it is with great pleasure that I accept this new challenge which fits perfectly with my own will and vision,” Van Assche said in a comment.
