Photos from David Beckham and Jefferson Hack’s Party Last Night

Last night, David Beckham and Dazed Media’s co-founder, Jefferson Hack got into the Christmas spirit, hosting the first-ever Haig Club House Party at West London’s hottest new club, Laylow

The evening drew figures from across the worlds of art, music, fashion and film including Victoria Beckham, Brooklyn Beckham, Guy Ritchie, Charlie Heaton, Daphne Guinness, Sadie Frost, Stanley Buchthal, Josephine de La Baume, Mert and Marcus, Phoebe Collings-James, Adam Bainbridge, Jack Whitehall, Detox and Tim Blanks.

Set design extraordinaire and occasional Another Man contributor, Gary Card was in charge of the creative direction. Inspired by Haig Club’s distinctive square blue bottle, blue light flooded through the venue bringing each bar to life.

The ground floor was a celebration of London’s nightlife with DJ sets from Gaz Myall (of iconic Soho club night Gaz’s Rockin Blues), Pixie Geldof B2B Ashley Williams, and legendary Princess Julia. The basement meanwhile was (aptly) transformed into an underground club with sets from superstar rapper Gaika, rising producer Ross from Friends and the iconic 2ManyDJs. As for the upstairs apartment, the line-up featured sets by up-and-coming talents Girl and Eclair Fifi, club legend Erol Alkan and DJ Fat Tony.

Inspired by Haig Club’s ‘Make Your Own Rules’ ethos, guests were encouraged to consider whisky in new ways. They enjoyed specially crafted cocktails including The Clubman ‘Principal Lowball’ designed by Tristan Stephenson; ‘Clubman Cup’ designed by Daniel Oliver Warren; ‘Cameron’s Column’ by Mark Low; and the Clubman ‘Pitch Punch’ designed by Georgia Billing. These were served alongside a menu featuring Haig Club classics including Haig Club Espresso Martini, New Old Fashioned, Haig Club Orange and Tonic and Haig Club Hot Toddy.

As for food, Laylow’s founder Taz Fustok laid on a festive feast featuring mini burgers, vegan arancini balls, padron peppers, fried chicken, fries, beetroot and fennel salad, ceviche and a late night serving of cheese toasties.
