Ben Whishaw Makes a Cameo in Years and Years’ New Short Film

British band Years and Years have released a short film to accompany their new album Palo Santo. As well as frontman Olly Alexander, the 15-minute visual features actor and former Another Man cover star Ben Whishaw (noted for his recent role in hit BBC drama A Very English Scandal) and fellow thesp and national treasure Judi Dench. In fact, it’s not the first time the trio have played together – all three of them starred in a London production of John Logan’s play Peter & Alice together back in 2013. Here, though, they imagine a dystopian future where robots rule the world and enlist humans (such as Olly) to perform for them for entertainment.
